There is no separation in this entire universe. Here, we are talking of our universe, for there are millions and billions of universes. Every atom is connected. You splash around here on this shore, and that effect will be felt on the other shore. Everything is connected.
The subconscious level of the mind is nothing but thought patterns superimposed upon one another—patterns upon patterns upon patterns. These patterns influence the analytical sector of the mind, which in turn expresses itself through the physical body via its five senses: seeing, touching, smelling, hearing, and tasting.
There is no sin; it is a misconception of the mind. Sin is something you have done for which you feel guilty. This guilt is the greatest disease in the world today.
All kinds of meditational practices taught by true gurus only play thirty percent of the part. Ten percent is your self-effort, and sixty percent is Grace. For without Grace, you cannot breathe or lift a finger - you can do nothing.
It is an illusion to regard ourselves as separate from Divinity. Through meditation, through the things that happen within yourself, you start to know a power greater than the gross little ego. For the ego is only an idea. One has to go beyond that idea.

The search for happiness has always been external. You cannot be totally desireless, but even the desire that would be there would have some foundation, some form of logic....
Many people believe that the chela, or the pupil, accepts the teacher. It is the other way around. The Guru accepts you or tells you there is another path for you. And he will tell you this with love, always.
